Iseiffe Kyabazinga gha Busoga William Wilberforce Gabula Nadiope IV introduced Inhebantu to President Museveni at State House in Entebbe.

Kyabazinga ni Inhebantu were accompanied the Katukiro gha Busoga Owek Joseph Muvawala who excitedly introduced the Committee team which took a lead in the Royal wedding, Busoga Cabinet Ministers, the Royals (Abalangira), the Inhebantu’s family lead by the Bulambuli Resident District Commissioner Stanley Bayole and Rebecca Nakisita Bayole, different political leaders from Busoga region and others dignitaries from Busoga Kingdom.

The Katukiro thanked the president for the continuous financial support towards the growth of Busoga Tourism especially the Kagulu Rock, Bishop Hannigton Site among others and he invited the president to come on 17th August 2024 to participate in Kagulu Rock Climbing Challenge.

During his speech, Iseiffe thanked president Museveni for standing with him always especially during the Royal weddings which took place recently on 18th November 2023 at Cathedral Christ Church in Bugembe. The Kyabazinga further thanked the president for the 100 cows gift offered to them.

President Museveni expressed his happiness for Kyabazinga’s union. “I congratulate Gabula on finding a wife. I have known him for a long time and used to wonder why he always visited me alone. I am pleased that he has finally found a companion.”

President Museveni emphasized the tradition of generosity, stating, “In our culture, when a child gets a wife, it’s customary to present a gift. Therefore, I am giving them 100 cows as a token of welcome.

He also acknowledged the significance of introducing the queen to elders and extended gratitude to the family by presenting an additional 20 cows.

The president promised to construction a new kingdom headquarters in Bugembe, Budondo – Mbulamuti, Kamuli road and other districts networking roads in the region.
